I think the real problem is that with the exception of Ron Paul, there is no one running who really wants change. We forget that the appeal of Obama was that he would bring change. Unfortunately, he was nuanced enough that only those who paid attention and have good political ears understood the nature of the change he was intending.

It is going to take several elections until a consensus forms as to what to do. It will have to happen as the current system is just unsustainable.
