Two things

1) I think the recess appointment is in the gray area, and the neo cons have layed that out as fair territory for many years now. If they are going to do it, we must do it.

For me, that is what made Obama different and not just another Politician. That is, he wouldn't go into grey areas simply for political expediency.

2) The WSJ is nothing more than a rag. Murdock doesn't do anything but rags.

The NY Times isn't a shining light either as it has its points of view as well (absolutely biased for Obama in the last election and I'm talking about coverage/reporting---keeping in mind that I voted for Obama). I read both of them pretty much on a daily basis--so that should put me in the center of something.
