According to the company's PR guy, the 13Mio shares were a private placement to raise cash. The bad news is that this is obviously a dilution problem, though it would be hard to be m,uch more diluted. The good news is that someone has put up a bunch of money, and I would imagine it was not just on a whim. So if we are stupid for owning shoes, this investor is a madman/woman. However, this madman had a couple of mil to invest, so I may as well stay in the asylum. RK
