I have heard rumors that yes

But I kind of believe that indeed ESA after suffering through floods and earthquakes and such for their usually busy weather seasons has indeed been busy working through their usual down period thanks to an unusually mild winter.

Maybe God wanted to level the playing field.

And it is interesting that Alaska is having their worst winter in decades

And it is cold cold cold cold here in Palmetto Bay Florida (quite south of South Miami)

Got down to 55 degrees last night
