I'm not versed well enough to know why the Yen is so strong. Deflation? Still mired in paying down the bubble in real estate from 20 years ago? If so Euro land is crewed for years and UK even more so. We've got trouble but relatively less. I say wash out these foreclosures(let conservative investors buy them up and turn them into rental properties) and get some degree of construction restarted. With 4-6 % being the tops in dividends. Teasuries less than 2 % (10 year) Real estate yielding 10% and having depreciation should make them sought after! Bob Any is better than none - actually I see some beginning again. Bob
