The following is not all inclusive, may not be entirely accurate, but again gives one a quick understanding of the Nevada Properties.
Properties acquired with White Knight : Celt property - covering 12,569 acres located in Eureka County Cottonwood property - consists of 2,178 acres situated within the Roberts Mountains district. Fye Canyon property - covering 6,320 acres situated 11 miles south-southeast of the recently discovered Cortez Hills gold deposit in Nevada. Gold Bar Horst property - comprising 3,652 acres located approximately 30 miles northwest of Eureka. Gold Pick property - covering 601 acres located in the Gold Bar Mine District, 30 miles northwest of Eureka. Patty property located 15 miles southeast of the Cortez Window. McClusky Pass property in Nevada Own interests in the New Pass property totaling 2,231 acres located 27 miles west of Austin, Nevada. Slaven Canyon property consists of 6,587 acres located in the northern Shoshone Range, Lander County. Squaw Creek property located 42 miles north due north of Battle Mountain, Nevada.
Properties acquired with TONE RESOURCES: 410 mining claims in Eureka, Pershing, Elko, and Lander counties. Projects include Red Ridge project that is located in the Rain mining district on the Carlin Trend, Area. This area is mostly controlled by Newmont Mining. Fish Creek project in the Battle Mountain (Cortez) area, where Newmont, Kinross and Copper Canyon are neighbors. Roberts Mountain projects, which consist of : Kobeh project Roberts Creek project Gold Bar North project in the Battle Mountain (Cortez) area South Keystone project Big Antelope Springs project Kent Springs project TONE RESOURCES had acquired Crescent Valley North (CVN) claims from KM Exploration Ltd. The property consists of 76 unpatented lode mining claims which cover several exposed and unexposed, large, epithermal-type, calcite-bearing quartz veins. The property is located at the northeast end of Crescent Valley about 15 miles southwest of the town of Carlin.
Properties acquired with Nevada Pacific Gold: Keystone Gold Project - It comprises 338 claims, some 6,760 acres. This project lies just 12 miles south and along strike of the northwest-trending corridor of gold deposits at the Cortez Joint Venture. (The property includes base and precious metal mineralization that occurs along the edge of the Keystone window in both upper and lower plate rock, near the northern contact of a 33.4 Ma granodiorite stock. Historic drilling shows indications of Carlin-style gold mineralization with assays up to 4.3 g/t gold in lower-plate jasperoids.) Limousine Butte Project - Comprises 423 claims, some 8,460 acres. It is located in White Pine County, Nevada, approximately 20 miles due east of Placer Dome's Bald Mountain mine. BMX Project, which lies within the Battle Mountain Copper/Gold district in northeastern Nevada. South Carlin project Cornerstone property Magistral Gold Mine in Mexico El Gallo Along with about 500,000 acres of mineral rights in Mexico's Sinaloa State. Properties acquired from BacTech: Tonkin Springs Property - Gold's Tonkin Springs gold mine encompasses 36 square miles located on the prolific Cortez Gold Trend in Nevada. A gold resource of 1,400,000 ounces has been defined at the mine and, in addition, facilities which include a 2,000 ton per day mill with a bioleaching circuit and complete mine, mill and tailings infrastructure.
