I have a small question for you that requires you to sit still for a few moments in quiet, in observation, without distraction ...... and honestly answer. When you slow down enough to observe a thought in the mind ......... (which may already be a challenge) ...... are you* having the thought, or* is the thought* having you?* In time an honest answer will, inevitably, be correct. /J
