Tom, J.Fieb Our lab is lax in getting in encoders to test. That is why I haven't posted lately. I do read the thread daily and have been tempted to post once or twice, like the Sony story in this mornings WSJ that I read on the train. Believe me, we will have Divicom's encode and Lucent along with the standard broadcast fare on the test bench runing them throught their paces..... By the way, for a plant that is capable of DTV, I haven't seen any HDTV gear in the main GEnesis area yet. Going to Panasonic HDTV and DTV demo now at the NY Hilton... CUL Later, GEorge
