David, I saw your post on Bobz but I rarely post there. I believe I can answer at least one of your questions. A legal lottery has just recently been approved by the Venezuelan government and NRAG was the successful competitor for the first region (state) to implement the new legal lottery ststem. There has been an illegal lottery (numbers game) in existence for some time with (Bobz estimates) of 9 million a week in gross sales. It is assumed that other states within Venezuela will implement the new legal lottery system at some time (presumably after it proves itself) and this could be additional potential for NRAG. Remember that during the demonstrations (3) of the VLT systems in Venezuela, over 200 officials are supposed to have attended from ALL OVER Venezuela. As far as setting up the systems, I anticipate minimal delay in getting the first ones set up, (Sharp has the experience and must be operational by I believe 15 December) but believe future setups to be easier.
