Well considered thoughts on CRJ.to from another site:

"The pending share for share acquisition of SEM has no doubt been serving as an overhang. With the vote schedueled for Jan 17 and the transaction expected to close Jan 24 (provided a yes vote), this overhang will quickly abate. In addition, and with greater investor confidence in the price of gold, I can envision more demand for CGR/CRJ shares. I like Seabee but it is a high cost producer. When gold turned sour, so did investors in regards to CGR and the high costs to produce. That too, however, looks to abate over the short/near term. News wise, there could be a short term catalyst in the Santoy Gap resource numbers to be reported by Q end. Maybe other news like additional Seabee drill results might be pending. My overall assessment, however, is an oversold situation at CGR/CRJ where I expect the shares to drift back upward to the $1.75 area and eventually back to the $2.20 area. Thereafter, and not to discount the first half of 2012, I think CGR/CJR is well positioned for the second half of 2012. Seabee production numbers/grades are apt to be higher, potential development plans on Amisk made known and of course, results from drilling activies in regards to Madsen. Where once CGR/CJR was a one horse show in regards to Seabee. We now look to have three horses in the running in regards to Seabee, Amisk and Madsen."
