Bob: I would think regardless of the dilution, positive news about financing would be supportive of higher prices. If they don't get the money the deals don't mean a thing, and all you have is a "paper" tiger. If they don't get money they'll never make a profit and this puppy will tank. I believe that the investment banking community will recognize the potential here and want to be a player, and we will see shares rise as the potential becomes more widely known. My guess is they will finance with a private placement, as I don't think a bank would touch them as they have no meaningful current cash flow. Anyone else have an opinion? By the way, has anybody seen the last Platt's Oilgram write up on ERHC? I haven't seen it, but I understand it was excellent. Regards, Jeff
