<< Craig, if all the items you suggest are indeed FACT, than if the markets are effiecent, which I
beleive, than these FACTs are already factored into the stock price. >>

If the markets are so efficient, why did the Dow feel the need to correct 554 points in one day last month? Asian problems were well known. If the markets are so efficient, then why did COMS go to 80 in the first place? Obviously the market was "wrong" about the deterioriating fundamentals about COMS.

<< The assumptions the market is now making
is COMS will work through these issues in 6 months or less. >>

If that's the case then why are analysts lowering numbers as far out as '99?

<< These FACTs brought the stock
down from 50. >>

And those facts will probably bring it down to 25 as well.

<< It appears to be forming a base. The longer that this area holds the better the base. >>

A base? What base? I don't see any base when looking at a chart of COMS. I see a beautiful cascade downward, that's what I see. I see a decline so rapid that COMS was due for a bounce.

Go ask the people on the Ascend thread what they thought of the base that Ascend was forming a while back. I was one of them.
