My standard remedy for virus stuff.....at least 3,000 mg of Vit C a day with LOTS of water, more if she can take it...her body will expel any unused C.....and per the old Nutritionist Adele Davis.....it does really help! You too...both of you have had major stress, so your body immune system is low....so just relax as you can...
