bobcor.... good luck getting any deals....i think the odds are the market is bottoming out (even though artificially supported) and the best deals have already been had (depending on location of course) you now have private hedge funds gearing up to purchase rental homes en mass, they will step in front of the line and purchase them directly from fannie and freddie (no soup for you)....they plan to manage them as rentals and put them back on the market in 5 to 7 years, so i think at least temporarily supply will be ameliorated, but they'll be back (in terminator voice)
