Isn't that just your own twisted fantasy (and based upon absolutely ZERO evidence of same)? I can assure you, (from long experience with jl), that he sticks up for his own views and opinions vigorously just fine, thank-you-very-much. Hardly any evidence of "self-loathing", rather the posts he makes seem to stem from an ego that is 'well-nurtured' and very CONFIDENT in itself, LOL! He certainly doesn't bully easily, nor does he show any 'need' to follow the leader or defer to anyone just because they may bark loudly at him. No wimpiness or loathing or guilt to be seen anywhere there.... :-)
