Buddy, you are showing your ignorance and it is glaring. If mutual consent isn't in the Constitution, what do you call this?

From Article I, Section 5...
"Neither House, during the Session of Congress, shall, without the Consent of the other, adjourn for more than three days, nor to any other Place than that in which the two Houses shall be sitting."

Try taking your own advice: (Perhaps you should try actually *reading* the Constitution sometime... it's a remarkable document, well worth your attention.)
