A few years ago, I read with diligence, my Scott Trade agreement and thought it said my funds could be used for their liabilities. I asked for clarification and got the reply that they would not change it for an individual. At that time, I read Schwab and their agreement did not seem to say that. However, I have not re read with any changes in the past couple years. Just info--due your own diligence. I still have to go through USAA etc.----Peace
