Here is an interesting comparison between SRM
( which is also in the
security business) and ULTK:

Book Value Sales pr sh Cash pr sh Current Ratio Debt

SRM 10.65 13.68 1.85 1.85 .65%

ULTK 11.44 12.45 1.50 5.39 0

Also, ultk had 14 cents income
last quarter with 44% increase in
sales, while SRM had 2cents
income and no increase in sales.
Ultk is trading at 11 3/4 while
srm is tading at 16 1/2. Just from
looking at the figures, Ultrak looks
like a superior company and is
clearly undervalued.
