exactly! that's precisely my point....he was proffering a 'make work' gov't job for 'poor kids' and the crowd cheers....heck if it's a good idea to give janitor jobs to kids in school, why not hand shovels to the unemployed and just let them dig and fill holes....he really has a statist view cloaked in right wing rhetoric ....just fostering the nanny state mentality of 'gov't jobs' being an answer to poverty, of course he didn't SAY that, but if you de-construct his idea, this is exactly what he was promulgating
