he was talking about a PROGRAM to put money in the pocket of poor kids.... think about it.... i don't want my kids working for the state while DENYING another student the same so called 'opportunity' .....how do you determine which kids get the jobs? his was a 'needs based' proposal....just another way of 'spreading the wealth around' .... and how ridiculous of him to suggest that this type of government program would lead to people 'owning' a job....it just reinforces the nanny state and gov't dependency it is the job of the PARENT to instill work ethics not the state
