Coha Actually, "Been down so Long it Looks Like Up to Me" is the title of a obscure '60's novel by songwriter and poet Richard Farina. Put out one great album with his wife Mimi, who, if memory serves, is Joan Baez's sister. Then, true to the romantic ideal, he died in a motorcycle crash.
