Hi Richard, Trying to buy LXP on a test of it's recent low. While it's not racing ahead it's also not testing the low. It looks to be a well run reit and I would appreciate your views on it. Needing to upgrade my port. I sold my PPS today as the chart looks to be rolling over. I've added PAG which is in a better area of the country as far as apartments and industrial bldgs are concerned. Would also appreciate your views on the reit market in general. Many thanks. George PS. It's just past 2 PM and the stock market has just gone negative which is great as it needs to consolidate its recent gains if we are to go higher which I believe we will.
