August? Augusta? Nothing posh about Augusta. Maybe up by the golf course its "nice," but not so nice you won't get shot in that neighborhood. I used to live a couple miles down Westheimer from there. Once you get inside 8, its not nice. Once you get inside 610, keep your windows rolled up after midnight. I was wary even in River Oaks after dark.
