ATV is a stinking scam. The hypers were up a full night last night posting (look at time of the posts) in an attempt to dilute and take the STING out regarding the info of the share offering. They do not discuss it or what it is all about. Nor did the company tell them about it beforehand. It seems this info was out a full day with no one knowing or discussing it on these boards The times on the posts mean nothing. Buzz Mills (aka, Chief Hypster), for example, is on the West Coast, so a 3:00am post really hit the board at midnight PST. Not so late for webheads. THIS IS NOT THE END. The company will keep printing and issueing stock as THIS COMPANY HAS AN EXCESSIVE BURN RATE for whetever reason. Anyone investing here can rather take his money and dump it in the sewer at least there is no commission charge. The word "excessive" is relative. What are you comparing it too? You might be right, but you're not convincing. This stock has no liquitidy. If you buy say 20,000 shares at 1 5/8 and try to sell them you can depress the price to 1 3/8 or lower. You may be right about the liquidity; what bearing does that have on the viability of the company? The previous post asks a good question as to why someone hyping the stock would register as a seller. Your first good point. Even if this company should have a product. This product will take years to make this company at significant profit levels. By then the dilution of shares will be so high that the current common shareholders will be a small minority of the total shareholders. This is speculation and opinion on your part. Again, maybe you're right, but its nothing for the rest of us to rally around. Do yourself a favor and do not listen to the hype on these boards, you will not regret. I lost money on these shares and It was due to the hype on this board, after doing research afterwards I discovered what a sham this investment and hype is. Please share some of that research. That is the purpose of these threads.
