I hadn't really noticed that. Google shot out of the gate but quickly stalled.

Now that we've had Larry Page back in charge a year it seems clear this boat has no rudder and no wind behind its sails. I had hoped Larry would have some respect for design, but he's reverted to the egocentric cult of engineering where egocentric engineers value coding far beyond their clients needs.

Considering Android was released 5 years ago... not looking too promising for the non-evil corporation.
