I don't understand why this is the only valid point you accepted.

Why doesn't the continuous issueing of cheap stock that will crush and decimate the current commen worry you.

Those buying these REG-S shares think that they are immune, however little do they know that the company just turns around and issues new
REG-S shares and dilutes the previous buyers. THIS IS AN UGLY SITUATION, MY FRIENDS
