Jack, there have been changes in ownership and affiliation with the company. Former Chairman Grausz apparently still owns over 20% of the company and has switched from insider to litigant. Steve has written about Mark Capital selling, and there was an earlier post in which IR acknowledged overhang of a big seller. The insider ownership situation is not what it was.
