They want to get more sovereign funding for more bailouts and debt. However, one thing they are spot on with is that global risks are more elevated now than at any time over the last few decades. It's all about risk. It's not certain that a risk will become manifest, but when risks are in favor of a bad outcome, then you'd be a fool to ignore it when it comes to your investments. Right now, risks favor a series of lehman like events around the world. I'm protecting myself until those risks subside.
