Kenneth, the nay sayers on this site need to review the following GDP growth rates since 1980's. Then, review what presidential economic policies were in operation from 1980-current time. Bush II had the greatest drop in 2008 prior to Obama got us out of the bottoms. tradingeconomics.com. You will need to adjust the GDP chart from 1980 -2012.
