In a New Adventure, i am discovering that a large % of people seem to be Fully Prepared For The Past (FPFTP). Mostly this is a defense mechanism, it breeds inertia that must be overcome by the parties themselves. When so many are so consigned to a matrix whose underpinnings, have high correlations with error, the first reactions to change are always negative. No matter, as training provided the errors within the learning, and the learning is foundational to momentum already in motion.
When New information arrives, the disconnects between old and new, cause varying levels of uncertainty, and reactions thereafter either skew to one side or another. The choice forced upon awareness is to recognize that the foundations always contained the Missing Information.
Failure to have discovered the missing information for oneself, speaks to the certainty factor, whereby classical domains of integrated foundational awareness about information feed the preference function. The preference function is about defense mechanisms for locked in premises. New information are handily ignored by a subjective filter within present awareness, that preserves current momentum.
New trajectories arrive. Whereby the fabric itself is like an absorbent cloth dipped into a new dye...as the new color moves into the cloth incrementally changing tone by degree, until the saturated color emerges across the whole cloth.
There is nothing unsettling about the resistance encountered.
Probability posits that a certain number of positions within the fabric will arrive at absorption, ahead of the whole cloth. Its from the awareness of a state change, that these early arrivers, will begin sorting out themselves within the fabric for the purpose of becoming conscious about the state of the whole cloths status as a fabric where new identity can be formatted into a future whose arrival is no longer uncertain.
A manager must never become complacent, because being only; Fully Prepared For The Past, any future might just move forward without you. |
