The reason I do not get that is because it is the Congress that passed that law. You know well that the President cannot make/propose any law. Particularly with Obama where he has said that creating jobs is hos focus and that he wants Congress to focus on that issue. So mm, do what the others are doing. Get mad at Congress (current popularity: 11%). Wrongly and constantly blasting Obama lays bare your political agenda.
