Don Farrell, President of Sanfred Resources Ltd. wishes to announce
that further to the Company's Annual General meeting, a change in
the Board of Directors has occurred. The new Board of Directors consists of Michael McCormick, Chairman, Don Farrell, President,
Visco Jutronich, Director, John Scholtz, CFO.
The Company is currently awaiting results from its Beniah Lake, NWT
summer diamond till sampling program to determine if a secondary exploration program is warranted on the property. Airborne geophysics
are currently underway on the Company's 50% joint venture property
in Buffalo Hills Alberta, this property consists of approximately
300,000 acres and are contiguous to Troymin Resources Ltd., directly
south of Ashton Mining of Canada.
The directors are diligently pusuing other opportunities, to enhance
the Companies property portfolio. Further information will be made
available as it occurs.
