I used to help my Dad and brother "fix" cars. Dad bought him an old Plymouth and I remember them having to rebuild the engine. I hung around and handed them tools and observed, so I got a good lesson on the workings of an automobile's engine. I'm comfortable enough around the old engines...............I guess if I had to I could do some tinkering, but I don't even want to get near a newer engine.
