ed, CPQ buys through a Japanaese IPO that has a Japanese president.
They obtain great pricing through Internatinal Purchasing Organization
(IPO).
Cpq also buys the hedging instruments like you said...
but, they don't over hedge. in fact they play it very conservative...
look at the 10q's and 10k's for last 3 yrs.
