Because it ignores all of the reasons jobs get offshored that have nothing to do with so called socialist policy, the main one being that when our wages and cost of living are way more than many places, the wage savings is an incentive to offshore jobs. It's not because of socialist policies that we have higher wages and cost of living. It is because we have had more prosperity. Some socialist policies may have contributed to that effect but are far from being the only cause. It is simplistic to overgeneralize and say that it is all caused by "socialist policies".
