Maryland has more problems than that.

Omalley is gonna raise the sales tax 1 %, an extra tax on people making 100K or more. He's gonna put in wind mills on the beach and even said that will raise our electrically rates. Businesses are leaving by the boat load.

And now he is gonna ban smoking in your own house if any neighbors complain and ...drum roll. He is gonna start a Pet Offender Lists, if any neighbor reports you are 'mean' to any of your pets you have to go on that list and if you move report it to the authorities. I guess if you are on that list you can't live near a zoo
