Sorry Mattie, I never owned RMIL or posted on that board. I am still waiting for ceos call . my 4t messsage now.
People on AOL bought close to 1 mil shares, from ,34 to all the way up to .51
I face these people every day. I dont give a hoot to some of your conjectures nor do I short little stocks. I told you if I met with managemnt and was kosher I will go heavy on this.
I dont do business with people with SEC violations or class suits.
I am on the phone with CEO now Employees ; eng - 4 support -3 managemwnt - 6 sales - 3 (2 wc and 1 in Boston Tom - VP of Netmaster - Ceo of Netmedia Tom owns 1.2 mil shares. He makes no corporate decision, but all made by Neil Miller , chairman of NetMaster, who is un UK. I asked him or some one with finacials to kindly call me. Tom is frank as to say he doesnt know any of the details, but then I am not comfortable with a finacial / marketing guy not knowing all the details. I aske him how much rev from a deal llike Alta Vista is worth. he says 25k for 6 weeks on revolving basis and usually up to 1 year per client. I asked him how many clients he has and was told he is not sure but about 10 - 15 clients with same sort of Alta Vista level. I asked him why the name if Dec and Alta Vista is being freely thrown around and he says the check comes from DEC.
Payroll as I conjectured at 50k per head - 700k per annum. He was down in NY meeting with MMs to get an investment deal from a MM, and for some one doing that and not having any finacial details on the co is blowing my mind. Every question I asked regarding financials were referred me to Neil who is in London. I asked for the phone no of Neil. he didnt have it.
I gave some names for him to look up., IE VP of Whale and VP of Everen, both on investment side. Personal friends of mine. I hope he calls them so I can better story from pros.
He claims the comp advantage of his ads are that they have a propriety tech, but no pattern that recognises consumers modem speed automaticaly and will down load the visual effect according to the modem speed. This is done to widen the market and as well as to provide what is known as BTB (beyond the Banner) ads. The competitons are "Double Click" and "P Tree"
Tom is asking Neil to call me at same time I asked for the web sites where I can see their ads. He is sending me URL links , which I will post.
As for Jim he apologised but he feels Jim is doing a good job, and Atlanta was the one who got ripped off by H&KQ not other way around.
He projects again with out knowing all the financials or exact no of clients 24 mill rev for 98. If I was CEO and was making a 24 mill projections I would make damm sure I had all the facts.
He told me he is just learning about being a corporate officer of a public company and de didnt know anything about RegS or 8s etc. When I asked him if there were any Reg Ses again he referred me to Neil in UK.
The phones being answered is by same woman who is a switch board operator who answers both NETZ and IR firms. I asked him why dont NETZ have a diffrent no, he says its a small building and there were 3 cos and one switch operator answer for whole building.
SO there you are I tried to be objective as much as I can. Take it for what its is.
