The PR simply explained how they are going to address a problem that qntm investors were already aware of. $35M or even $50M as a one-time charge is not a big deal, especially considering it was talked about in the cc. qntm continues to deal with the problems confronting the dd industry. They haven't changed any of their bullish estimates or 4th qtr outlook. The analysts (Goldman, Lehman, Sands etc.) continue to be bullish on qntm. As Z pointed out, H&Q's downgrade was strange in light of the positive comments they made on qntm. H&Q (IMO), just wanted to cover the bases with their clients. Dale
