Read the legal brief. It will turn your stomach. As an engineer, I cannot express how angry it makes me. Apple engineers were to have no where else to go with their talents. Just make Steve Jobs and his minions billions, while the company worked to keep them in their place... salary capped... no recruiters looking... resumes having no chance of being accepted. And the coup de grace... applications reported back to Apple. Holy cow. Apple is beginning to sound like one of the worst employers imaginable. "Gentlemen's agreement". I think scumbag of the earth agreement would have been a better name. Read the legal brief.
