Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius took Obamacare’s philosophy of equal insurance for all

Coverage mandates are the biggest cause of high health care costs. In many states it is illegal to sell a no-frills insurance policy, and if Obamacare goes into effect it will be national. Every year dozens of new treatments are mandated by the same politicians who whine about rising costs. When I insure a car, I decide whether I want collision and theft coverage. I get to choose what risks are acceptable to me. With health insurance that is not allowed.
