We've excluded the 10,000 share blocks in this analysis. That would add something to the 5MM between 11/12 and 11/20. If there is accumulation by an acquirer, it has to end at 4.9%, or 10MM shares, unless there is a current plan to file a 13D within 10 days. It is conceivable (chapter 8, blankmind) that that the sudden drop-off in block trades today (less than 300,000 shares so far) means that the accumulation is nearing its limit. Gary Korn
