I think if there is no winner on the first ballot delegates are free to vote for who ever they want, so there will be a lot of horse trading for those votes. Maybe Paul would want something on the platform to get his votes or some office like VP, which I don't think he would want, maybe speaker of the house, head of the federal reserve,lol
