Some states bind their delegates at the State Convention level------i.e. . all votes e.g. would go to xyz candidate.

I see that as a possibiity in Virginia.-------if Paul does not take a significant number of delegates in the Primary in Virginia. Delegates could be bound to Romney. There are only 2 candidates on our ballot.

This can get very complex----------
