The main reason I called was to make sure that I was on the mailing list for the newsletter, and to see who gets it. We need the other ~1000 shareholders to at least be aware of the possible naked short problem and what we are doing about it.

I was not on the list, even though I requested and received the investor's package and have owned EUTO since September. Brad thought that 90% of the shareholders will receive the news letter.

I also wanted to find out what the share situation was without putting Brad on a defensive, or putting words in his mouth. So I asked him how many shares does he think will be in the float, once everything is said and done. He reminded me, that the float will only be reduced by 80% of the shares stated in the news releases, bringing the final total to about 20mil.

He also said that they will make a news anouncement on Bio profitability only if there is a profit. The company does not have official position on the naked short theory and is focused on increasing shareholder value the old fashioned way - with hard work.
Deals with two other companies still pending.

My overall impression from the conversation: They are very busy doing what they are in bussiness for. The answers to many questions have been the same for a long time and are designed not to give out any more information than is in the news releases. Something is going on, but the company will do it and release news about it in it's own time. They seem to be in control and that's fine with me.

In essence they are saying: "Go to sleep, we will wake you up when your shares go up." I love this country!!!
