I'd cover. My guess is that the 9th District Court finally made its ruling and threw out AVNT's appeal on ArcCell. If that's the case, the issue of Aquarius gets remanded to Judge Whyte for "further review". My guess is that means more delays and 6-9 months of discovery proceedings because AVNT's Aquarius product was never looked at the first time around. IMO.
