If you need to break your brain to do it.. then perchance your own grasp is tenuous at best.. as I said to JS.. it isn't required but should not be a stretch.. amongst more knowledgeable or those that can understand or have the luxury to dig for understanding .. it is a real time saver to speak 'up' a few levels... When I used to hire folks.. if they could not speak plainly I thanked them and at best they got a FOND (acronym for our you are not hired term) letter... They would be dealing with a broad spectrum...
