Here's a list I found of some of the Bills the House of Representatives passed in 2011....These ALL sit in the Senate untended, and not passed. Found on FB, and haven't taken time to check the list....

I invite you to research the below bills. The next time you hear someone say Congress is failing you, you might want to ask “Which House of Congress is failing us”? Below is a list of Bills that passed the House of Representatives in 2011 t...hat are designed to create jobs. Cleary, the Republican majority House of Representatives have been very busy since taking over the majority in 2011. What have the Democrats in the Senate done this year? Who exactly is the “Obstructionists”?

HR 2587 Summary: To prohibit the National Labor Relations Board from ordering any employer to close, relocate, or transfer employment under any circumstance.

Example: Boeing Plant in South Carolina being blocked from opening by the NLRB costing hundreds of jobs to be delayed.

Key opponents that voted against passage of this bill: Democrat Nancy Pelosi

Status: Passed the House of Reps Sep 15, 2011 and has not been addressed by Dem Harry Reid in the Senate to date 31 Dec, 2011

Disposition: Jobs Bill / Employer Stability to conduct business.

H.Con.Res.34 Summary: Establishing the budget for the United States Government for fiscal year 2012 and setting forth appropriate budgetary levels for fiscal years 2013 through 2021.

This is the title and summary of the Budget Bill the House of Representatives passed back in April 2011. When the bill went to the Senate, only 77 out of 100 Senators bothered to appear and cast a vote. The Bill was struck down in the Senate and therefore, blocked from proceeding in May 2011. As of today, 31 Dec 2011, the Democrat Majority Senate has yet to introduce a budget of their own.

Jobs Bills passed by the House of Representatives sitting idle in the Senate.

H.R. 1070 Small company capital formation act.

H.R. 1965 Small banks’ access to capital

H.R. 2930 Entrepreneur access to capital

HR 2940 Access to capital for job creators

H.R. 3012 Fairness to High Skilled Immigrants Act

Here are FIVE bills that the Senate refuses to address that move us into Energy Independence. That equals less fuel prices, less commodity prices etc. All these bills have passed the Republican majority House of Rep’s and sitting dead in the Democrat majority Senate.

H.R. 1230

H.R. 1231

H.R. 1229

H.R. 2021

H.R. 1938

Pay close attention to the reasons why the Republicans argue over Obama’s failed AJA. “We can’t afford to borrow more money” is the first thing House majority leader Boehner and Senate Minority leader Cantor say. Followed closely with we already did this with the trillion dollar stimulus and it failed to produce any long term jobs and at a cost to our kids and grandkids that are crippling the Nation.

The truth is out there, folks. Just ask for it. Or ask me, and I will find it for you. Now share this. Spread this. it is facts to counter the Democrat Rhetoric of "Obstructing".

All of the information above can be found by google searching "thomas.loc.gov". It is the governments library of the work Congress performs.
