The really maddening thing is that Harry Reid didn't even bring them up for air.......The House can pass the Bills, but the Senate has to look at them, either agree or send them to Committee for compromise, and then back to the House for both House and Senate to agree, then on to the President. Harry Reid is the bottleneck. Period. Plain and Simple.
