YLAH you know thiat is a lie. nytimes.com That was the bill then BF the GMF of the USA. apparently convinced the Finance Committee that this was not needed. The VERY liberal Boston Globe says so! boston.com Yeah! elite Republicans are very stupid, but more importantly almost as corrupt as the elite Democrats.
