Just what you said............dumb.

That is why we are going to replace the education system we have now with one that works. ;)

Whatever it takes. Same way other countries pay for it, and how we paid for those stupid wars and tax cuts for the rich. Our society caannot afford to become dumb! And boy are we getting dumb.
